• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Reviewing contract papers
• Raising and replying to enquiries on freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions and new builds
• Carrying out searches, following up with search and title reports to the client
• AML checks
• Thoroughly checking mortgage offers and special conditions
• Checking proof and sourcing of funding to ensure it complies with anti-money laundering regulations
• Liaising with other side solicitors and agents via telephone, email, and face to face
• Keeping clients up to date throughout the conveyancing process
• Ensuring all transactions are completed within an established timeframe
