£30,000 to £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications
We are working with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500 listed multi-office Warwickshire law firm who are looking to attract an experienced Private Client/Wills Trusts, Probate Fee Earner to join their team at their lovely office in Leamington Spa town centre.
This role would suit either a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, or an experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal with extensive fee earning experience. Salary will reflect experience and qualifications.
The role will involve
- Independently managing a caseload of Private Client matters including some high value probate/estates
- Preparation of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys
- Dealing with Administration of Estates
- Attending to clients by telephone, email and face to face
- Maintaining files and ensuring efficient case management of Private Client matters
- Keeping clients fully updated
- Drafting legal documents including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidence

This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
