Salary will be commensurate with experience

We are working in partnership with a well-established, highly respected Lexcel accredited law firm, who are looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to their team in Leamington Spa. 

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
• Dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages etc. 
• Liaising with clients, keeping them updated
• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and other third parties

Suitable candidates will have

• Fully qualified status with 12 months’+ PQE
• Experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time permanent job, however we will also consider applications for suitably experienced candidates who are seeking reduced hours.
