We are working in partnership with a well-established CQS accredited firm in Nuneaton who are looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to their successful team.
The role will involve
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Working with an existing team of three fee earners and several legal assistants/support staff
- Handling a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases transactions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages etc.
Suitable candidates will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner, running your own caseload
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full time, permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated.
