Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor/ CLE/ CLC)

c£45,000+ per annum  – negotiable commensurate with experience

Coventry / Hybrid (3 days per week home-working)

We are working with a well-established, award-winning, CQS and Lexcel-accredited law firm, who are looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to their highly successful Conveyancing team. This is a newly created role brought about due to expansion of the department. 

The role will involve:

  • Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, mortgages and remortgages, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership etc
  • Assisting and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third party professionals

Suitable candidates will have

  • Fully qualified status (solicitor, CLC, FCILEx)
  • Around 5 years’+ PQE
  • Experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish

This is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Home-working will be accommodated three days per week following an initial training and probation period.

Home working can be accommodated 3 days per week, however candidates should live within a commutable distance to Coventry as there will be a need to attend the office for document signing, client meetings, team meetings etc. 

Note: Salary is given as a guideline at market rate and will be wholly dependant on experience.
