Private Client (Wills and Probate) Fee Earner
Location: Southam, with hybrid working

We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Private Client / Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer, to join the busy Private Client Department of a very well-established, multi office law firm, who’s head office is based in Southam town centre.

The role will involve:
- Writing wills of various complexity using a will-building package
- Writing Powers of Attorney and other estate planning documents
- Attending face to face meeting with clients to take instructions
- Liaising with clients.
- Running/overseeing a caseload of Private Client matters including:
- Wills
- Probate
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection (Deputyships and Grants)
- Trusts
- Letters of Administration
- Liaising with clients and third party professionals
Suitable Candidates will have:
- Experience of running a private client/ wills, trusts and probate caseload
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge and experience in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, LPA’s and Court of Protection matters
- Own transport and a full UK driving licence
This is a full-time permanent job, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Home working is available for part of the week.
