We are working with a Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited, award-winning law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with 2-3+ years’ PQE, to work at their office in Kenilworth. Full time or part time hours will be considered.
This role will involve a good deal of client interaction. You will be well-supported and mentored in this position, working as part of a successful, friendly, collaborative team.
The role will involve
- Running your own mixed caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
- Managing a variety of matters including wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate planning matters
- Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation
Suitable candidates will have:
- Fully qualified status, ideally with 2-3+ years’ PQE
- Experience of running a varied private caseload from instruction to completion
- A good working knowledge of tax, relating to the administration of estates
- Knowledge of estate planning
- A good level of computer literacy
- Excellent client care and IT skills
This is a permanent job, working either full-time or part time.
