Our client is a very well established Lexcel accredited, multi award-winning law firm with an excellent reputation and a really great local presence.  

We are seeking a fully qualified, experienced senior solicitor to join their already successful Wills and Probate department at their office in Leamington Spa town centre. 

The role will involve:

• Running a private client caseload of wills and probate caseload
• Advising clients on matters relating to wills, trusts and probate, estate administration, LPA’s and inheritance tax 

Suitable candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx)
• The capability and drive to progress within a very well established private client department.
