We are working in partnership with a well-established, Lexcel accredited multi-office law firm, who are looking for an experienced Legal File Auditor to work collaboratively with managers across a network of offices.
With new office openings and many positive changes taking place, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, and would be ideal for someone with a proactive and positive mindset who is eager to help foster and embed a strong risk-aware culture.
The role will involve:
- Conducting file reviews across all offices ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of client files
- Ensuring full compliance to AML regulations on files at all offices
Suitable candidates will have:
- Previous file review experience within a Law Firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload
- A full UK driving licence and own transport
- The ability to travel to offices throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Warwickshire.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with all levels of staff
This is a full time permanent job which involves travel across a network of offices throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Warwickshire
Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
