Employment Lawyer- Full time or part time

Flexible Location – Coventry and Warwickshire / Hybrid working
This is a newly created role, working for a multi-office law firm with a number of locations throughout Coventry and Warwickshire. Working location is flexible and the role will be partly office-based / partly home-based.
Suitable candidates will have
- Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx)
- One year’s+ PQE
- Previous fee earning experience, running their own caseload of Employment Law matters.
The role will involve
- Dealing with both Claimant and Respondent work (employer and employee claims) including TUPE transfers, disciplinaries, drafting policies, contracts of employment and staff handbooks, drafting settlement agreements
- Dealing with work work from a mixture of direct enquiries, word of mouth/recommendations and existing clients
- Taking part in sales/marketing/networking activities
This is a permanent role. Core hours of work are Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week, however part time hours will be considered (25-30 hours per week) Home working will be accommodated for part of the week.
