Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Administrator/Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited national law firm to provide support to their New Build Property Department, based in Birmingham City Centre.
The job will involve:
- Providing administrative support to Fee Earners in the New Build Conveyancing Property Team
- Preparing correspondence using a legal case management system.
- Attending to clients by telephone and in person.
- Opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
- Maintaining good relationship with new business introducers
- Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their house move
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
Suitable candidates will have:
- Some previous administration experience within residential conveyancing
- A high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to progress your career within conveyancing new business
This is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based
