Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Bromsgrove – up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
We are working in partnership with a prestigious national law firm, who are Lexcel and CQS accredited and are listed on the Legal 500. They are looking to attract an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, to join their busy, successful team in Bromsgrove.
The role will involve:
- Running a commercial property caseload from start to finish
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and third party professionals
- Keeping clients fully updated regarding progress
- Use of a legal case management system
Suitable candidates will have:
- Fully qualified status (solicitor or chartered legal executive) with 3-5 years’ PQE
- A good working knowledge of commercial property matters
- A proven track record of managing own caseloads
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
This is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
