We have a new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to provide support to a busy commercial property department of a well-established, multi-office law firm, based on the outskirts of Coventry. Own transport is essential due to the office location.
The role will involve:
- Opening files for new matters
- Sending out client care correspondence
- Completing client questionnaires
- Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
- Conducting due diligence relating to clients and cases
- Managing and dealing with post-completion matters and registrations
- Closing files and arranging storage of deeds
Suitable candidates will have:
- Sound knowledge of MS Word (track changes and formatting of large documents) and Outlook
- Previous experience as a commercial property paralegal or commercial property legal assistant
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The role is fully office-based and is offered with free parking on site and a range of benefits including:
