We are working in partnership with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team in Birmingham city centre. 

The role will involve:

• Working on enfranchisement and leasehold residential property matters 
• Managing caseload of voluntary individual and volume lease extension matters, LRHUDA 1993 collective enfranchisement and lease extensions, LRA 1967 enfranchisement and lease extensions
• Supporting the residential property team on more complex transactional areas including deeds of variation
• Advising on existing leases and licences to assign
• Marketing the enfranchisement team including writing articles on upcoming leasehold reforms

Suitable candidates will have:

• Around 5 years’+ experience of enfranchisement matters, with proven technical competence
• The ability to actively market within this specialist area and focus on building new relationships

This is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
