Salary £30,000 to £45,000 dependant on experience

This Residential Conveyancer’s position is working for a leading, well-established, multi-office, CQS accredited law firm on the outskirts of Coventry, and has come about due to continued business growth in the area of Conveyancing.

The role will involve:

• Working as part of busy Residential Conveyancing team
• Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Buy to Let investment properties, transfers of equity, equity release, new build and remortgage transactions.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third party professionals
• Use of a legal case management system

This is a full-time office-based position, working 36 hours per week 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be considered for suitably qualified and experienced candidates, seeking part time hours over five days per week.

Suitable candidates will have:

• Around 2 years’+ fee earning experience, ideally gained working for a CQS accredited law firm. 
• Excellent client care skills 
• A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
