New Build Conveyancing Fee Earner

Birmingham City Centre

Salary up to c£45,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications

We are working with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are looking for an experienced New Build Conveyancer. to join their busy New Build Conveyancing team in Birmingham city centre

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work

Suitable candidates will have :

• Experience of managing your own new build conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care
• Excellent IT literacy with experience of using a legal case management system

This a full-time permanent job which is fully office-based in Leamington Spa town centre, working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
