We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Private Client / Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer, to head up the Private Client Department of a very well-established, multi office law firm, based at their lovely office in Balsall Common

Flexible and hybrid working will be accommodated. Free parking is available within walking distance of the office.  

The role will involve:

• Running/overseeing a caseload of Private Client matters including:
  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection (Deputyships and Grants)
  • Trusts
  • Letters of Administration
• Overseeing the private client department 
• Liaising with clients and third party professionals
• Assisting and mentoring less experienced employees within the Private Client Team

Suitable Candidates will have:

• Experience of running a private client/ wills, trusts and probate caseload
• The ability to oversee a team / lead the Private Client Department
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge and experience in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, LPA’s and Court of Protection matters

This is a full-time permanent job, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Home working is available for part of the week.
