Commercial Property Lawyer 5+ years’ PQE

Salary commensurate with experience (circa £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus as a guideline)
We are working in partnership with one of the region’s leading Lexcel accredited, award-winning law firms, who are looking to attract an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their highly successful and growing team at their office in Worcester.

The role will involve:
- Assisting, conducting and managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties
- Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation
- Drafting various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders
- Mentoring colleagues within the department, liaising with existing and new clients, working efficiently, effectively and professionally
- Working as Head of the Commercial Property department for the Worcester office
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fully qualified status (Solicitor or FCILEx)
- Excellent knowledge of relevant commercial property law and practice
- 5 + years’ experience of managing a caseload of commercial property transactions
- Excellent knowledge of the commercial conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Good organisational skills
