We are working in partnership with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, multi-office law firm who are looking for a Private Family Lawyer, with 3 years’+ experience of working with privately paying clients,
The role will involve:
- Managing a solely privately funded caseload including divorce, cohabitation disputes, Children Act matters, separation and financial matters
- Representation at Court
- Advising clients in relation to private family matters
Suitable candidates will have:
- Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx), ideally with 3 years’+ PQE
- Experience of handling a privately funded family caseload
- A client-focused approach
