We are working in partnership with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, multi-office law firm who are looking for a Private Family Lawyer, with 3 years’+ experience of working with privately paying clients, 

The role will involve:

• Managing a solely privately funded caseload including divorce, cohabitation disputes, Children Act matters, separation and financial matters
• Representation at Court
• Advising clients in relation to private family matters

Suitable candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx), ideally with 3 years’+ PQE
• Experience of handling a privately funded family caseload
• A client-focused approach
