Residential Conveyancing Executive 

• Managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload of freehold and leasehold and transfer of equity transactions
• Carrying out identification checks
• Keeping all parties up to date including clients, solicitors, and estate agents
• Ensuring all invoices relating to legal work and disbursements are raised by, and paid no later than completion
