HOW THE SCHEME WORKS
You qualify as a referrer when you refer a jobseeker to us who is experienced in, and looking for a permanent job in the legal sector
If we place that person into a permanent job, you will be entitled to gift vouchers as follows:
• Commencement Salary of up to £20k = £100 voucher
• Commencement Salary of £20,001 to £30,000 = £200 voucher
• Commencement Salary of £30,001 to £40,000 = £300 voucher
• Commencement Salary of £40,001 to £50,000 = £400
• £50,001 and above = £500 voucher
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
Vouchers, subject to availability, will be Love2Shop gift vouchers which can be redeemed at over 20,000 UK stores, restaurants and attractions

The following terms and conditions apply and are accepted by anyone taking part in the scheme or referring potential candidates to Talentwise Solutions Ltd
✓ Two gift vouchers will be sent out to you for the referral of a candidate that we place into a permanent job. A voucher for 50% of the referral bonus will be paid on their commencement date and a voucher for the remaining 50% of the referral bonus will be paid on completion of 6 weeks’ employment
✓ The second voucher will not be payable if the employment is terminated within the first 6 weeks
✓ The person referred must be someone not already known to Talentwise Solutions Ltd
✓ You must obtain consent from the potential candidate before referring them to Talentwise Solutions Ltd, and you must make them aware that you are referring them to Talentwise Solutions Ltd, subject to the Data Protection Act 1988.
If any loss or claim is made against Talentwise Solutions Ltd, you will indemnify this as failure for obtaining prior consent
✓ Information received by Talentwise Solutions Ltd is taken in good faith and on the understanding from the person referring that they are authorised to pass on the information which will be free from any intellectual property claims
✓ In the event the candidate is referred by more than one person, we will only make one payment which will be on a first come, first served basis
✓ In the event of any dispute, Talentwise Solution Ltd’s decision is final
✓ Any potential candidate referred to Talentwise Solutions Ltd must be placed within 6 months of the referral date to qualify for the bonus
✓ The voucher given is a net payment. Talentwise Solutions Ltd is not responsible for any taxes that arise from the provision of this voucher.
✓ Talentwise Solutions Ltd will not be held liable for any losses, damages or claims that arise from entering the “Refer a Friend Scheme”
