Family Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Divorce and Finances
Location: Nuneaton (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We’re working with a highly respected and long-established law firm in Nuneaton, renowned for its exceptional staff retention, positive culture, and dedication to client care. With over 100 years of success behind them, they’re now seeking an experienced Family Law professional to join their Private Family Divorce and Finances team.
The Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, with a particular focus on:
- Divorce, separation, and financial settlements
- Children Act proceedings and domestic abuse matters
- Advocacy and court representation where appropriate
- Engaging directly with clients and liaising with external professionals
You’ll be managing an existing family caseload, with the opportunity to build on this, and will be well supported by a skilled legal secretary, an experienced family paralegal, and a friendly, collaborative team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in family law
- Demonstrable expertise in divorce and finance work
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- A commercial mindset and excellent client care skills

This is a full-time permanent job working 36.25 hours per week
