The Opportunity

In this role, you will be supported by other Private Client lawyers and experienced support staff members. 

The role will involve:

• Taking full responsibility for leading and developing the Private Client department
• Driving growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficiency and profitability of the Private Client Department
• Dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters 
• Playing a key role in business development, client relationship management, and shaping the department’s growth

Suitable Candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status (NQ to 4 years’ PQE) 
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience in handling a caseload of private client work 
• Excellent client care skills

This is a full-time permanent position based at the office in Nuneaton, working 36.25 hours per week – Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated following an initial settling-in period.
