Part Time Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is looking to work part time, flexible hours.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will be supported by experienced Private Client lawyers and support staff members.
The role will involve:
- Dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, inheritance tax and court of protection matters
- Working alongside senior lawyers, including two Partners (one STEP accredited), as well as experienced support staff, ensuring you have the guidance and resources to succeed
Suitable Candidates will have:
- Fully qualified status
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience in handling a caseload of private client work
- Experience of dealing with wills, power of attorney, probate and inheritance tax matters
- Experience of handling trusts and court of protection matters (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent client care skills
This is a part-time permanent position based at the office in Hinckley, working around 22-24 hours per week. Hybrid working will be accommodated following an initial settling-in/training period.
