Litigation Solicitor or CLE – NQ upwards
Location: Coventry with hybrid working and free onsite parking
£35,000 to £45,000 plus bonus, commensurate with PQE

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Department and the Managing Partner, who bring a combined 50 years of litigation experience. Both are hands-on, approachable leaders committed to mentoring and supporting junior lawyers as they develop their technical and commercial skills.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll manage and support a varied litigation caseload, with the opportunity to work on:
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Civil procedure matters
- Contentious probate
- Contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Bankruptcy, insolvency and debt recovery
The firm is happy to tailor the caseload around your strengths and interests as you grow.
Who we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates are likely to have:
- Qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx) – NQ and above
- Experience of handling your own litigation caseload, in one or more of the areas stated above
This is a full-time, permanent job, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm. Hybrid working will be accommodated.
