Role: Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – Privately Funded Caseload
Location: Leamington Spa, with hybrid working
Salary: c£55,000 per annum (negotiable)
We are working with a well-established Lexcel-accredited law firm with an excellent reputation, who are offering fabulous career progression opportunities for experienced Private Family Solicitors/CLE’s.
The role will involve:
- Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters including divorce, property, financial settlement including high net worth and complex assets, children matters, cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post -nuptial agreements
- Liaising with and advising clients, keeping them fully updated
- Conducting advocacy
- Liaising with courts, solicitors and other third-party professionals
Suitable candidates will have:
- Fully qualified status (solicitor or chartered legal executive)
- Around 3 years’+ experience of running a private family caseload
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full-time permanent job working Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated.
