Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor/ FCILEx or CLC) – full time or part time

Coventry with hybrid working  -full time or part time considered

c£45,000 per annum negotiable in line with experience

We are working with a leading regional law firm who are expanding their Residential Conveyancing team throughout Coventry and Warwickshire, and are looking to attract a fully qualified Conveyancer to join their team.

This position would suit a fully qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with around 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

You will be very well-supported in this role by colleagues, directors and support staff, in a very friendly and collaborative working environment, giving you every opportunity to flourish and progress your career.

The role will involve:

  • Overseeing and carrying out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases 
  • Dealing with clients, intermediaries and HM Land Registry, in person and by telephone
  • File management 
  • Undertaking file audits within the team

This is a permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 per week) Home working will be considered for part of the week. Applications are invited from candidates looking for either full time or part time hours.
