Conveyancer – Residential Property

Coventry

c£28000 to £40,000 (negotiable) depending on experience and qualifications

We are working with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Conveyancing Team at their office in Coventry.

The position will involve:

  • Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
  • Dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions, help to buy, right to buy and re-mortgages
  • Liaising with clients and keeping them updated regarding progress
  • Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third-party professionals

Applications are invited from experienced Conveyancing Paralegals looking to advance their careers, qualified solicitors/legal executives, and licenced conveyancers. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and level of experience.

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
  • Experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions
  • A very client-focused approach
  • A pro-active attitude to work
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and work well as part of a team

This is a full-time permanent job, working Monday to Friday.
