We are working with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Conveyancing Team at their office in Coventry.

The position will involve:
- Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions, help to buy, right to buy and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients and keeping them updated regarding progress
- Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third-party professionals
Applications are invited from experienced Conveyancing Paralegals looking to advance their careers, qualified solicitors/legal executives, and licenced conveyancers. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and level of experience.
Suitable candidates will have:
- Experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions
- A very client-focused approach
- A pro-active attitude to work
- Ability to work on their own initiative and work well as part of a team
This is a full-time permanent job, working Monday to Friday.
