Location: Coventry, with hybrid working

Salary: up to £40,000 – negotiable, commensurate with experience 

We are working with a fabulous, well-established law firm who are looking to attract an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in Coventry.  

The role has come about due to an increased volume of work, which is not surprising when you read all the positive reviews received from their many satisfied clients.

The role will involve:

  • Running a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Managing conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles
  • Use of a case management system
  • Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors
  • Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation
  • Leading the Conveyancing department, including a team of fee earners and support staff across two offices

This is a full-time, permanent job which will be based in Coventry. Home working will be accommodated one day per week. 

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Fully qualified status – Solicitor, FCILEx, CLC (preferred but not essential)
  •  Lender panel and CQS experience preferred
  • Experience of running a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
  • A good level of computer literacy 
  • Excellent client care and IT skills
