What you’ll be doing
The role will involve:
- Meeting and greeting clients in Reception
- Copying and scanning ID
- Supporting the business with administration duties
- Attending to clients’ enquiries in reception and by telephone
- Taking telephone messages
- Taking information from prospective and new clients to pass on to fee earners
- Undertaking audio typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Organising and booking meeting rooms for client meetings
- Diary management
Who we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates are likely to have:
- Previous experience as a legal receptionist for a law firm
- Typing skills
- Sound administration experience including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Great communication skills
This is a full time permanent job, which is fully office based, working 36.25 hours week Monday to Friday.
