Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Leamington Spa / Hybrid

Salary commensurate with experience – £45,000 to  £60,000 as a guideline, negotiable in line with experience

This Lexcel and CQS accredited firm was established almost 40 years ago by the merging of two local, well-established practices, who’s roots go back over 100 years. Situated in purpose-built offices in Leamington Spa, with free onsite parking, the firm offer a fabulous, modern working environment, as well as accommodating hybrid working.. 

The Litigation team is made up of four highly experienced lawyers as well as support staff and is led by a Partner who specialises in all areas of dispute resolution. 

What will you be doing:

The role will involve:

• Managing your own caseload of dispute resolution / litigation matters including
  • boundary disputes
  • landlord and tenant 
  • contentious probate
  • debt claims
  • contract disputes
  • negligence claims
• Liaising with clients, keeping them fully updated. 

Who are we looking for:

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

• Fully qualified status – solicitor, or CLE
• Experience of managing a dispute resolution caseload from start to finish
• An up to date understanding of the litigation process relating to the above matters
• The ability to work autonomously, with minimum supervision
