Salary £45000 to £60,000 as a guideline (DOE)

Their Commercial Property team sits within their Prestigious Commercial Department, where you’ll have the opportunity of working alongside their highly experienced, supportive Managing Partner who has over 20 years’ property experience and is also a trained mediator.
What’s involved:
- Managing a range of commercial property work including
o acquisitions and disposals
o commercial leases
o business lease renewals
o contract drafting
o dispute resolution
- Undertaking marketing and PR activities for the department
Who we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates are likely to have:
- Fully qualified status (solicitor or chartered legal executive)
- Extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property matters
- Good technical knowledge
- Excellent client care skills
- Experience of using a legal case management
This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
