Company Commercial Solicitor or CLE with 2 years’+ PQE (Full-time or Part-time)

We are working in partnership with a well-established, multi-office, Legal 500-listed law firm, who are looking to recruit an ambitious, experienced, Company Commercial Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to work alongside two Corporate Commercial Partners.
This role will suit someone with around 2 years’+ experience who is keen to develop their career into a role equivalent to that of an equity partner and be involved in shaping the future of the business.
What’s involved?
- Running your own wide-ranging caseload, covering all aspects of Company Commercial work including
- Business and company acquisitions and disposals
- Company restructuring and reorganisation
- Contract negotiations and drafting
- Dealing with Terms and Conditions
- Advice on intellectual property protection
- Advice on Internet trading law
- Managing an existing caseload, from start to finish as well as responding to enquiries and dealing with new business
This is a permanent job which is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. Please state hours required on application.
The role is based in Coventry, with home working accommodated for part of the week. Travel to other offices within Warwickshire will also be required.
What we’re looking for:
- A lawyer with fully qualified status (solicitor or CLE) and around 2 years’ or more PQE
- Experience of running your own company commercial caseload from start to finish
- An ambitious person with excellent communication skills and good longevity of employment in previous roles
