Looking for: A Private Family Solicitor role. Salary range £36k to £40k

Most Recent Position: Family Solicitor
• Negotiated and achieved amicable divorce settlements, minimising litigation costs and emotional stress
• Secured primary custody for numerous clients in child arrangement order cases, always acting in the best interest of the child
• Represented clients in high-value divorce cases involving complex property and asset division, ensuring equitable outcomes and adherence to relevant legal regulations
• Drafted and obtained court approval for numerous consent orders and agreements, negotiating and finalising agreements that serve the best interests of the clients
• Represented clients at court hearings, ensuring that their rights and interests were upheld throughout legal proceedings
