Legal Administrator/Receptionist

Leamington Spa

£18,000 to £20,000 per annum

We are working with an independent legal services provider, based in Leamington Spa, who are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator/Receptionist.

The role will involve:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for new Advisors, joining the company
  • Handling enquiries
  • Reception duties, meeting, greeting, and directing visitors
  • Dealing with customers by telephone and face to face
  • Scheduling and arranging monthly courses and webinars for new entrants
  • Attending training events
  • Providing technical support for monthly webinars and courses
  • Supporting the Directors’ PA as required, including diary management
  • Interacting with the Marketing Department to promote company events and services
  • Setting up and managing new accounts

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Outstanding customer service ability
  • The ability to work independently
  •  A positive, “can-do” attitude towards problem solving
  • Previous experience in an administration or customer-facing role, ideally gained working in a law firm or a financial services environment
  • A good level of computer literacy including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

This is a full-time permanent position which is office-based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  The role is offered with a range of benefits including:

Note: salary is given as a guideline in line with market rate and will be dependent on experience.
