Employment Lawyer- Full time or part time
NQ and above £32,000 to £45,000 dependant on experience
Flexible Location – Coventry and Warwickshire
This is a newly created role, working for a multi-office law firm with a number of locations throughout Coventry and Warwickshire. Working location is flexible and the role will be partly office-based / partly home-based.
Suitable candidates will be fully qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives, with previous fee earning experience, running their own caseload of Employment Law matters. Applications will also be considered from unqualified Employment Lawyers with extensive fee-earning experience and sound technical knowledge.
The role will involve dealing with both Claimant and Respondent work (employer and employee claims) including TUPE transfers, disciplinaries, drafting policies, contracts of employment and staff handbooks, drafting settlement agreements
This is a full time permanent role, however part time hours will be considered (25-30 hours).
